Face aux nouveaux blocs politiques internationaux, la France ne pèse rien et perdra ses valeurs, sauf si une dynamique européenne s'enclenche réellement. Nous devons oeuvrer à redéfinir notre subsidiarité sur les champs de la souveraineté Européenne et de la souveraineté Nationale.
Dans des domaines où le champs d'action dépasse le territoire national, la convergence est nécessaire comme la politique fiscale, la politique de sécurité, les prélèvements sociaux, les contributions aux politiques publiques afin que les conditions économiques des entreprises puissent permettre un développement harmonieux économique en évitant les situation de dumping économique et social.
Un conseil du projet européen intégrant des acteurs de terrain et institutionnels pourrait être envisagé dans la mesure où cette orientation majeure soit inscrite dans le projet politique.
Faisons participer les forces vives à la construction d'une Europe souveraine.
