Pour une politique d’éducation à la démocratie et une véritable égalité des chances
Cette culture de la décision partagée ne peut être envisagée que si nous proposons dès le plus jeune âge, à tous, une véritable éducation à la démocratie. On le sait bien, la démocratie est exigeante, difficile, elle doit être en permanence réinventée et défendue.
Et si chaque parole compte, il faut en premier lieu que chacun puisse et ose la prendre : nous ne pourrons faire l’économie de processus plus inclusifs, où chacun aura sa place dans le débat : femmes, minorités, jeunes générations, etc. C’est un impératif à l’heure où les inégalités s’accroissent sans cesse et où la pauvreté explose. Dans le champ de la participation, si les outils numériques peuvent permettre d’élargir le public, ils doivent s’articuler avec d’autres dispositifs et leurs limites ne doivent pas être oubliées (illectronisme, zones blanches, etc.).

La participation est un enjeu central d'une réforme des institutions instituant une réelle démocratie. Donc pour l'éducation à cette participation
Mais ce n'est qu'un élément et ne servira à rien sans réforme des institutions (et du monde du travail ? et de l'Education Nationale ? qui auront du mal à perdurer avec leurs fonctionnements actuels si la culture de la décision partagée se diffuse très largement)
